Deposits & Payments
£50 (or £120 igloo packages) booking deposit is payable to secure your
date, this deposit also serves as a damage deposit & is returned by following day of the hire.
Full hire cost, plus any delivery cost is due to be paid & completed separately 72 hours before the hire.
Payments can be made currently by the following methods:
• Bank Transfer
• PayPal
Cancellations:
All bookings are confirmed on the basis that you have read and agree to the terms of our cancellation policy.
When you make a booking this makes the chosen equipment unavailable for hire to others. It will also incur costs to us to be available to work on that day.
Any cancellations made by a customer at anytime (including covid cancellations) the deposit is non refundable . Any cancellations made with less then 72 hours notice 50% of the total booking cost is non refundable.
The deposit is however transferable & can be used with on one date change within the following 3 month period (subject to availability).

Weather guidance for outdoor hires
1. If possible have the set up indoors with sufficient space (home or a hall) or in the case of unpredicted rain on the day any soft play equipment (not bouncy castle) can be relocated yourself to indoors during the event for continued use.
2. We are happy to supply an additional ground sheet tarpaulin & microfibre towels in the event of short downpours the equipment can be temporarily covered (bouncy castle switched off & covered) & then wiped if necessary to continue use.

3. Our 3x3 gazebo is most suitable for our smaller packages & designed to offer shade rather then shelter from rain & does not offer suitable protection from heavy or long periods of rain.
4. Other options include hiring your own teepee, larger gazebo 3x4m or 3x6m with sides to cover the soft play equipment.
Bouncy castle as within our T&Cs the advise is as follows In the event of light rain, it is advised that you can keep the unit running, but please ensure all electrical goods are covered.
Towel dry the access areas before recommencing use, to avoid children slipping. In the case of high winds, or heavy rain discontinue use immediately and contact us for advice.
If the equipment if becomes wet, the surfaces may become slippery.
During weather changes please take reasonable care to protect children from incidents & also protect the equipment from damage.
Weather related cancellations will only be permitted from THE DAY BEFORE THE BOOKING. We all know only too well that the UK weather is changeable to say the least! Reasons for weather related cancellation will include heavy and persistent rain or where wind speeds or gusts are predicted to be 24 mph or above. Where
we can we will consider the impact of wind conditions at the site
where equipment will be used. Weather related cancellations MUST
be made by the day before the booking. We pride ourselves on our reliability and approach to safety. Where we have to cancel due to poor weather this will be with the safety of users in mind. We pride ourselves on our approach to safety above profit.
Should a refund be issued due to weather related cancellations then we reserve the right to retain any administrational fees.
